hi I was wondering do filet talipa good for soaking in meds? my fish don't eat pellet

I notice it gets washed out quick by looking the water. Could always soak in the fridge for 24hrs and then freeze. I get a needle and syringe and inject some vitachem into the pieces and works for me.

Tilapia isn't too good for soaking. What you can do is soak some pellets then wrap or mush them in the tilapia making a kind of meatball

I tried that with shrimp it chew it and then split the pellet out

Use less shrimp. Shrimp is too wet Imo if you dab the tilapia with a paper towel and get it nice and dry it "mashes" together better

do freeze dried food works too?

Freeze dried krill will soak up meds quickly, but once it hits the water, the liquid meds slowly leak out. If the fish immediately eats the freeze dried food, then fish should be getting most of it.

What medication are you trying to get the fish to eat?

im trying seachem metro and kenoplex with focus, if the fish not eating the med food. I might try dosing api general care directly into the tank.
