film on top of aquarium water?

Ive been told to put poly-fil in my filter and its getting a white film on the surface of the water,ill post pics in a sec. is it because of the poly-fil or the 6"+ drop to the surface? ill post pics in a bit

I have no clue. I just stick w/ fill that doesnt say anti flammable, lol.

If i were you i would take the fill out and change your brand. IMO. Its your tank im not going to tell you what to do.

Maybe someone will come along this thread that has some exp. in this situation.

eeee that looks no good to me. Is there any thing else in the water like medications or something?
