hi people. My fluval 305 recently broke, and i got it used so it has no warranty. I am wondering what I should buy to replace it with.

I have a 75gal with an aquaclear 70 running at the moment, and I have a leopard ctenopoma, pictus cat, firemouth, and bristlenose pleco.(I also plan to add an oscar) I don't particularly like canistar filters, so I was thinking maybe I could get another big power filter. I don't have very much money either, so i cant get anything real expensive. What should I do?

You never told us the tank size or anything, telling us about your other tank isn't exactly helping, btw if u've got less then $75 i would go with a big HOB filter..

Um....i think they did tell us.

A cascade 300 HOB would work on a budget.

But, for real.....i would just save money on a canister filter.

^ yes a canister filter would be a better choice, but an AC110 would be good.

bought an aquaclear 110. next to it at my lfs was a marineland emperor 400 for 130$ :screwy:

emporers are garbage good choice with the ac110
