I have a crab, but not where you expect

I threw my fiddler crab in the 40 tall after i took down its 10. I know they need air. the tank is full, but that girl is smart! the filter is an intank filter, not a hang over the side filter. she crawled up and inside it. she cleans the filter pad and made the inside of my filter her food packed cave. whenever she needs air, she'll climb the filter pad, then juist sit on the cord above water. its a tight setup so she can't get out. I get a cleaner for my filter, she gets a free cave and full stomache whenver she wants and gets air. she does go to the gravel ocassionaly, but knows how to get to her home/filter.
