FILTER DILEMA

BACKGROUND: I'm about to setup a 125 gallon, freshwater setup with a five inch arowana and 2 four inch oscars and a eight inch pleco.

QUESTION: What's the best filter for me, the best investment I can make?

CHOICES: Marineland C-530-, Fluval FX5, Rena Filstar XP4?

What about when you compare an FX5 to an Eheim? Is Eheim all that it's claimed to be? Is it the BENZ of canister filters?

I have a c-530 on my 120. Has lots of space for filter media. But I want to try an FX5 here pretty soon cause I need more bio for the fish are getting bigger.

55g drum hehe would be a lot cheaper and way better filter

FX-5 is good but cant say the same for your fish stocking. No way a 125 is ok for an arowana. The 2 O's are going to harass that Aro to no end untill it gets bigger than them but then as I said a 125 is not a good tank at all for a silver arowana.
