filter for 150 gallon

What kind of filter do you guys use for ur 150 gallon? what kind can i use? whats the cheapest but effective filter i can buy. Also how much did u guys buy your 150 gallon so i can compare my price. im located in canada.

i got my 150 tank stand, canopy lights and lids for $400 usd
i use a cascade 1500 canister filter rated for a 200g $95
i also have 2- biowheels, each rated for 75g each $60

Do you run the biowheels off of the cascade?....like a magnum 350 does, or does it have its own motor?
