Well, I know its not a monster tank and its inhabitants definety aren't monster fish.. But I figure you can scale down the help and help me out.

I have a 10g tank setup for my 3 Fire bellied toads. I'm looking for a way to keep the water moving and clean.

I don't think I need Biological, i seriously doubt my frogs care if theres a bit of ammonia and nitrates floating around in there.

Anyway theres really only about 1 gallon of water in the thing. I was thinking one of those little powerheads but I don't know how to hook that up to a filter.

Any help would be great.

looks too big....

Hmm... So I could get a black sponge that would blend in and then get an inline powerhead hook it up to the sponge on the intake and then just hook it up to run down the wall on the outlet...

Seems doable...

BTW anyone know if these guys would eat a couple small feeder guppies if I tossed em in there?

They sell small ones "3i". But it was just a thought. You could just do the little pump/powerhead connected to a sponge.<--easier to hide

make sure the black sponge is aquarium safe but thats what i would do, if not just use a regular piece of sponge and hide it with a few strategically placed rocks, plus who wouldn't love to have a mini waterfall.

I would love to have a mini waterfall...

Would really add to the astetics and make it look bigger in there probably.

I'm sure the frogs wouldn't mind it either.

That powehead would sure make waterchanges a breeze...
