Filter Help!!

hi im trying to figure out how do you make a filter like this?

WOOT!!! thats my filter!!

Its pretty easy.... one end of the white tube is capped off and there are holes drilled in the pvc to flow over the bio chambers, and there is an external pump to return the water.

it would be easy to make out of a spare tank. PM me if you would like to see more pix!

Its a 75 gallon sump.

Is it strictly bio or is there mechanical in there too?

there is mechanical too.....foam and fiber pads on the bioboxes and a strainer in the overflow.
