i have a tank running more than 45days with eheim 2217 and boyu internal power filter with flow rate 1400l/hr. now i had bought substrat pro for eheim. now my tank got cycled well. i also got stocked with 5 yellow lab juvelines, 2 silver dollar, 2 adult and 1 juveline peacock and 3 c.moori juveline in my 3ft*2ft*2ft 90gallon tank. i am afraid to change the media as it may harm the cycle and lead to deaths. any suggestions???

Make the swith gradually. Take out a little media and put in a little SubPro.....say a third at a time. Put the old media in a mesh bag or something similar and leave it in the tank. Once all the old media is out (and in the tank) and the SubPro is in, let things settle for a week or so. Then, gradually remove the mesh bag of old media.
You'd be better off fitting for volume rather than weight.
The amount of EFHISubstrat pro will occupy the same physical area as the floss you're removing.
