IS it ok to use the ammonia pouch stacked right on top of the carbon in the ac110?

It would be fine. The filter is set up with sponge first, chemical media next, with bio on top. The ammo pouch is a chemical media.

In the old days before we had bio media...that was the order it went in so yes.

Yeah I have the sponge then carbon and then the ammo. My 2 canisters have alot of bio. So i should be good.

you can also get the ammo/carbon bags in one for that...at least you can for the 70 im assuming for the 110 as well
