i've picked up a tetratec ex1200 filter but it has no media the original sponges are expensive , is there anything else i get that would work ok and not to to expensive
Ebay is king for us UK fishkeepers. You can get multiple meters of filter floss mat, pond sponge that you cut yourself (the 2" thick stuff is best) and cheap bio media.
