HEY GUYS, SHOULD I USE BOTH TYPE OF MEDIA..sintered glass AND ceramic rings on one canister? or just sintered glass is good enough?

Either is a good media for a canister. They are very similar and both will do the job. I would not put k1 or any moving bed type media in a canister though
agreed moving bed media is bet suited for moving beds. It probably would work in a canister as some members on this form has used k1 in canisters but why not go the most effective rout? Unless you have some k1 just sitting around..
Use both if you want, they both give the same result. I honestly would just get one but a bulk size as its cheaper. Theres some venders on here that sell pretty decent quality ceramic rings for cheap. Save a lot compared to bio-max by fluval even though its only 8 bucks here

OP is talking about cannister filters. Both of his suggestions are way better than K1 for that application.
