I recently got a 30 gallon tank and I was wondering about something. I had had this tank before with a topfin 30 filter,and it was working fine.Now I brought the tank home,set it up,and when I plug the filter in it makes a weird noise.I don't know if its how I set it up,or just doing that,but could I please have help. P.S.The water isn't coming out of it either.
