Filter pump query

Hi Guys,

I am setting up my tank(black fiberglass tank) that is around 400 litres capacity. But the main problem that i have now is that the tank is located on ground level. Can anyone advise on what filter is available on the market now?

Do you have any pics of the tank or your setup? A drawing? I'm sorry, I am unclear.
