Filter recommendations

Hi all im planning on building a 1500 gallon above ground pond can anyone recommend a diy filter that can accommodate this pond

Check out koi pond filtration. I used a sequence of plastic barrels when i had one then I found some bead filters. Its been a long time though

False again, a 55g barrel filled with moving bed and a strong air pump would dominate a sump in a pond set up. Ponds and tanks operate very differently.
