Hi folks, i am in planning for a 700g tank and now i am thinking about the filtration system. upto now what do you think.
4 chamber Sump of a capacity of 150g (6x2x2 tank) with the feed from either corner, not weir just by holes to water level, i have a 3000g pump which mite the trick as it will pump just over 4 times the tank volume pre hour, i just wonder about the it emptying the sump to quick, therefore would 2 inch pipe work do the trick or should i go 3 inch?
I also have a pressured sand filter here i could use, this will reduce the flow of the pump slightly but does anybody here use one?
any info be greatfull.
