I'm trying to seal my sump to prevent co2 loss. This would make changing the filter socks every couple days tough. Does anyone have thoughts on how to eliminate them?

Look up monsterpeacock diy monster sock that will last a week. I made mine out of a pitcher drill holes and put mesh in it to filter it last a couple of day
