Canada eh!
Hi,

I'm getting ready to reopen my small 300 gallon outside pond for the summer.

I already have a decent filter with UV but I would like to add plant filtration.

I can't have the plants in the pond because the turtles will shred them to pieces. I've tried before. ;)

I was thinking about building a small filter above the pond. Something like 12" x 36".

So I guess my question is what would be the best way to do it?

Any suggestions or picture to help me figure it out?

Get a clear plastic sterlite tote (36" X 16"). Drill holes in it. Float it or suspend it above the pond and pump water into it.
