Im just about to the point of putting together my two, 400 gallon ponds.
They will be two seperate systems and looking into every ones opinions as to filter each one.
I have my own ideas how I want to do it, but want some opinions from people out there that have systems already up and running.

thanks

I'm setting up one of my own soon. Its going to have a pump inside the pond which dumps into a 5 gallon bucket with holes drilled in the bottom and a filter sock inside, which will sit inside of an elevated 40 gallon trash can full of scrubbies. The can will have a spout in the bottom to let the water back into the pond. It's really cheap, and it will do fantastic mechanical and biological filtration. The bucket with holes will essentially be a drip tray for a Wet/Dry.
