I have recently purchased a 50 gallon (180L) wide tank which I am going to put my
Channa Punctata into. Today I came up with the thought that my Polypterus Delhezi
would fit very well inside that tank as well.
My question is, how much filtration would I need? I know channas like dirty water
and I was hoping not to having to change water every week etc but if I would put the
delhezi inside will I need canister filter and regular water changes and everything or
are they kinda hardy as well? They breath air and are hardy when it comes to diseases.
The delhezi is 12" and the channa is 8"+
