Hi i just want to know the difference about maximum flow rate and minimum flow rate. Is it true that when you adjust to minimum flow rate it will filter multiple times than maximum flow rate?

if ive understood your question the answer would be no. i dont know about fluval internals flow rates so imagine it has a max flow of 1200l/h and you turn it down to a minimum of 500l/h then thats a reduction in the water going through the media, as the pump is pumping at a slower speed, so you would infact filter less water than the filter being set to maximum.
