Filtration for 360gal plywood

I am about to start building a 8x3x2 plywood which comes out to about 360 gallons to house my growing cichlids. What kind and how much filtration would you guys recommend from your experiences. I have an extra 29gal tank but i dont think that will be big enough for a sump, well maybe.

I wont be getting any more fish, well maybe, lol. Just moving the 180 occupants. Let me hear some ideas.

wouldnt he need more filtration than just two fx5's because of the bioload of 180+ fish in the tank?

Not if he did regular PWC at least 50% weekly with that many fish. I definatly wouldnt move all 180 at once though.
