my buddy down the street is building a very long tank, like 8' long 2' wide and 2' high. its almost done and looks awsome. it holds water and everything. the thing is it sectioned off into 3 sectioned of into 3 parts by a wall. i dont know why he did this but anyway. whats a good way to filter this thing. he was going to buy 3 hangover filters. i was thinking cant he drill a hole in the bottom of them and have them all run to a sump or something. anyway.... anyone have any ideas what he should do. thanks

i wouldnt drill a hole in the bottom that could be very bad drill a hole closer to the top so the tank cant drain its self if the power goes out i belive rallysman has a close up pic of his overflow he could get or build a very large wet dry and plumb all the tanks to it that would be the easiest way or get seperate canisters but the wet dry would be the most practical for his set up hope this helps
