Filtration for Angel fish?

Hi guys,

I'm thinking of setting up my 55 gallon as an Angel Fish tank. Do you think an Eheim 2216 will be sufficient enough filtration for it? I've read that angels are not fond of strong water movements so I'm not sure if I should add two Emperor 350 as well. For the stocking...I'm thinking of 6x angel fish (If possible) and 1x 3" BGK just to grow it out big enough to move to my main tank.

Any thoughts/advises is appreciated.

im always a fan of having 2 or 3 filters per tank.

A 2216 loaded with matrix would be sufficient. They don't like HOB filters.

I have the 2216 filled with Eheim substrat, ceramic rings and even pot scrubbers.

I would do two sponge filters.
