Just ordered a custom made 6x2x2, custom due to the cabinet.

Filter is gonna be a huge eheim 2260 (1900lph) due to the fish I keep and high stocking levels. Thing is im thinking of consealing the 2 heaters and filter out put behind some kind of screen in 1 corner??

With holes at the bottom as well as weir at top to skim the protein off. What can I use to make this and do you think it'll be a good idea?

Due to the huge turn over the filters will be fine together with no cold spots...

Cheers

What you have mentioned is basically an overflow. Since you're getting it drilled, why don't you get a sump instead? You could spend the (load) of money you were going to spend on the Eheim and probably be able to get all the things you need for it.

If you don't know what a sump is search "sump filter" or "sump filtration" on MFK or Google, or ask your tank maker.
