Filtration on a 240 gallon

I recently bought a used 240 gallon and am in the process of cleaning it up. Im planning on using 2x fluval fx5 on it for 3x silver arowana and a pleco. The arowanas are around 20 inches, is this enough filtration? I'm planning on building a sump soon.

if your gonna have a sump then a sump and 1 fx5 will be fine. my buddy had 2 fx5's on his overstocked 180 pbass tank and it was crystal clear

i already had 1 fx5 and the 240 gallon i bought came with one. So i was planning on using both, then adding a sump in the summer when i have more time/money.

I have 2 FX5s on my 260 that has 4 Cichla, 2 gars, a flagtail, and 2 catfish. The tank has been set up for a few months, and I am happy with the filtration so far.
