So it seems after reading an article on here about "power feeding" I decided I wouldnt really stuff my P's everyday as I have been, partly because my water got dirty fast. Well I got up this morning to find them darting around aggressively and one of them his dorsal fin I guess you call it, basically shredded, nothing left.

here's my questions:
1:So I know this is a controversial topic, but is it better to just feed small amounts more often. Im more concerned about water cleanliness and fish health.

2:How can I fix this guys fin?

i have always thought feeding smaller amounts more frequently was better than feeding larger amounts all at once but make sure it all stays proportionate and you shouldnt have any water quality issues. for example lets say u feed your piranhas 3 shrimp in 1 day you could instead break that meal into 3 different meals (morning afternoon and evening) of 1 shrimp, this wouldnt increase waste any but would probably reduce aggression among the piranhas because they dont go for long periods without food.

as for fixing his fin itl probably heal without any attention piranhas can overcome truly greusome wounds without as much as a scar to help it heal you may want to add some melafix to the water

x2
you dont even need melafix p's heal fast

I tried to post 3 days ago but it didnt work anyway, The fins are all healed only took 7 days, complete healthy fins again wow! These fish are amazing.
