I just got this Pinecone pleco shipped to me on Thursday. I did notice a couple of spots on his tail fin but this looks worse today. Is this Fin Rot? If so what’s the best route to treat it?

Right now it is in a 75 gallon tank that I got with other fish from this shipment. Them and 1 other smaller bristlenose pleco are in the tank and everyone else looks healthy. I did have some Oscars in the tank that I moved to a larger tank on the day before the L095 came in.

I am not sure that is fin rot. Frayed fins may in time heal up. I am sure it is still suffering stress from the shipment.
