fin rot on CL

ok, im kinda embarrassed to say the least as its been a long time since i encountered this disease. but i think one of my clowns may have fin rot, is there any kind of med that is avalible to cure it now? its kinda like i said i haven't had it for years since i lost my pop of sword tails.
he is still eating well and my water paramounts are good, thinking of adding some aquarium salt as im kinda nervous about meds.

What are your water conditions? If you've got fin rot you may very well have bad water. Has anything changed recently? New additions to the tank? i.e. what has caused the fin rot?
