Fin Rot or Fungus?

Is this a fin rot or fungus near the end of the dorsal finlets is white about 2mm down. Its a Ornate Bichir so im not sure if this is what the tail should look like or there is something wrong with it.

can't really see signs of fin rot, but if there is, water changes and water changes and more water changes. if the fins are out lined with clear or red boarders, then it's fin rot.

Well its white for tail fin and i do like 90% water changes

why do you do 90%? That is constantly throwing your water chemistry all over the map. 50% is a good number to do on a regular basis. For illnesses you can beyond 50%. Are your fish just laying on the bottom when you do this? I would want to avoid that kind of stress on them.

dun see any signs of finrot too, suggest u should observe for a few more day.

Doing that large amount of water changes can mess up the biological system and then that could cause fin rot.

From what I can see it does not look like fin rot to me. Might be fungal. Anne?
