I generally use melafix, its completely reef safe and doesn't hurt anything, but is also anti bacterial and will help the fish recover. Its probably too late by now...

An easy treatment for fin rot is to administer Melafix which can be purchased at all fish/pet stores. When I encounter minor infections such as this, I typically will administer a cocktail of Melafix and Pimafix for a duration of seven full days (as suggested on the bottles as well). They can be used together, and are all natural, so they will not interfere with the biological filtration of your units, or harm other fish/plants not infected.
I use them together because most often, secondary bacterial and fungal infections can set it, causing further stress and damage to the animal if not treated quickly and properly. Using both together is a good way to knock out the fin rot as well as any secondary infection which may be festering, resulting in a much faster healing time for your animal, with a greatly increased rate of survival and full recovery.
Make sure you remove the activated carbon during the treatment as it will filter out and remove the medication otherwise - which will be a waste. Leave it out for the entirety of the treatment, then perform your water change at the end, and reintroduce the carbon to cleanse the water.
