Final possible 30g plan!!!!!

sorry about all this bother. But I is getting the 30g soon, and I want some fishes.
My final plan is as follows:
4 pictus cats:
1 betta or killi
Will it work?
I AM KEEPING THE PICTUS CATFISHES!
Any reccomendations will be for the killi betta feature fish.

Depends on the species of killie, some of the smaller ones can get eaten, so I'd go with something like golden wonder killies
