wow, da tank luks HUGE, how big is it? 300? u said u had ur jar for about a yr, umm...i had a hard time to make my jar not afraid of me in the first 2 month, but after that, it chases my finger around when i put my hand in the tank...(not a good thing btw). try stop feeding the jar for a while. like 4/5 days. then start to feed it again, it'll know that u r feeding him and beg for food every time it sees u.
btw, ur jar looks real good, high shine. ur tank would look better w/ some more color in it, get some plants, it'll only make ur tank nicer

Thanks!

I've had the jardini a little more then a year or so. He does come up to me when he sees me grab food for him sometimes, but for the most part he gets spooked whenever anyone enters the room. I have had him bite me a couple times when I put my hand in the tank, I think he just saw the fingertips going in and thought it was food. Although he hasn't been that aggressive during feeding since I took out the RTC also, so that's probably why.

The tank is only 200 gallons (2'x2'x7'), it just looks big because I'm trying to keep the clutter down. I only have rocks in it for the datnoids, otherwise it'd just be water and fish. Not sure if I'm going to do plants in this one, I kind of like this look, almost feels desert like. I just need to find a cow skull now...jk. :naughty:

nice jar i wish i could keep mine with tankmates
