I find myself on these forums every now and then, (mostly as a result of a google search) and I never ended up joining til today.

I have 1 large tank atm. (90g) and will hopefully be picking up a 150g tommorrow.

The 90g is stocked to the point that I really needed the 150g.

The 150g will house 2 Oscars, (approaching the 1' mark) and a Common Pleco, (well past the 1' mark).

I have been keeping fish now for about 3 years with the knowledge of the nitrogen cycle and such, but before that I had a 20g that held 1 Common Pleco.

I ended up doing some research on him and found www.FishLore.com. Great community for starters and even those that just need a second opinion.

I never knew he needed so much space and decided to get a 55g, and everything pretty much went out of control after that.

I ended up with close to 15 tanks and decided I couldn't keep up the maintenance on all of them and have cut back down to five.

So, that's pretty much my story. Looking forward to browsing the forums and getting to know this community as well.

It took me a couple years to start posting after joining. Wasnt until I started to really want to customize things and get fish outside of the petco variety that I started reading more as well. Great resources here though. Welcome to the group
