Water clearing nicely. Have a fluval fx6, awuaclear 110 and aqua clear 70 on here. Threw a bunch of pvc elbows in the stone piles for the convicts and fire mouths. 3 firemouths and 3 electric blue convicts.Finally finished 125 gallon

Beautiful managuense and tank!
Whether the small cichlids survive or not, only time will tell. The rock piles might provide them enough cover while they are still small- but a full grown convict or firemouth won't fit into the holes in those rocks. It is an interesting idea ,allowing the small fish with their own spaces to escape (though looks to me like would be a detritus magnet, and hard to clean under those rocks).

If that’s the case I’ll be taking them out when they’re a little bigger and keep him on his own. I’m always experimenting with the rocks. I’m sure tank will look completely different in a few months.
