Finally found it

Tonight we tore our 230g. tank apart to rid it of convicts we could never find a fish that would eat the juves but tonight a hunch paid off. We had all the convicts in a bucket and took about 8 of them and through them in with our johana pike and problem solved.

They are great for culling or eating unwanted fish, sometimes wanted fish as well. . . They are definitely good at what they do!

My Jag LOVES Convict fries. I throw 10-15 in and he spends the next 2-3 days stalking them. At night all I hear is THWOMP! as he nails em. Convicts are great for raising feeders. Just have to throw them in the tank with the bigger fish at about a quarter to a half an inch.

We should have gotten pike a year ago it's like they can smell new fish when I feed pellets they swim away but when you add live instant hunt mode almost swim up and watch you.
