The Real Norcal
you guys have been on me to get a black background on my tank for almost a year now and I finally did,lol

something still doesnt look right though,I'm not sure if I need better lighting or what. Its a bit cloudy right now because I was re-aquascaping a bit and also the tannins...plus the fact that the blower at the top produces a lot of micro bubbles.

for lighting I only have a 4' double shop light and then the two lights off a 55 gallon starter kit for the back and 1 light off a 29 gallon starter kit on the front.

I also took out almost all of the fish, some of you may notice,or maybe no one will :D

from now on I am going to be much more picky about what goes into my tank.

current stocklist is

leichardti
RB snook
BGK
Juruense
shoal of 5 loaches.

I plan to get frontosa 4-5 and some dats 5 or so...also a few geos maybe 3-4 then I'm calling it finished.

I need dithers (target fish, whatever) because my lei is a punk, but haven't made up my mind what yet...any recommendations on that would be appreciated (no barbs)

Ive always liked red hooks for dithers...
