So thanks to rclark12 i finally got my first tank over 55g. I picked the tank up from him last night. I got everything but the tank itself moved to the basement. Dads having friends over to do the big move tonight. Im sure im gonna have questions as i set it up.
Its a 180 with a 75 gallon sump. The return pump is a mag 9.5. The sump is filled with lava rock, some bio balls, and some filter pads. Ill post pictures of everything shortly.
My first question is should i completely fill up the sump with media? He gave me enough media to fill about 40 gallons of the tank..should i completely fill it? if soo with what?
