The other one has red eye, i dont know what happen to it, will melafix and salt do the trick??

Salt and keep the water changes up. If the eye isn't in a day or so then maybe consider ABX. Sometimes it can be from poor water from the lfs.

Update on my del, one has a red eye, now its gone, i put melafix and salt, and change the water 50%, now it looks better.
