Traded a gaggle of fish for them, got a good deal.. Treated for parasites (think I am still going to re-treat) and eating well before purchase. About 4-5" across.. but I think I will enjoy the challenge.

They ate 10 minutes out of the bag, although the coloratino on the one is a bit dull in the pics.. That was about 1/2 hour in the tank.

They have a 180g all to themselves.. with a 50g sump. Full tank shot for ya..

Hopefully these guys will be producing pups in a few years. 2 females, 1 male.. The male is the smallest of the 3.

Any comments or suggestions welcome!

Nice miles. Lookin real good! good luck with breeding these beauties.

Used to be a reef tank.. traded for it also. I custom DIY'ed the overflow and sump. :)

They just ate about 20-25 red worms too.. :D

i owned retics for 6 years until i had to give them away 1 month ago, i had to move.

i never bred them i had 1 female and 1 male, in a small tank. i don't think the tank mattered, retics have been bred in 90 gal tanks. the main problem your going to find is that the female will out grow those males and fast. my male would wrestle and move around the female but was never able to flip her. so if i were you feed the males more than the female. my male never ate as much as my female. retics don't have a apetite like motoros or other large rays, that' probally why they stay small.

Aren't they just cute, love baby rays!
