the rock...671!!!
had a good bird-day today!!! after months of watching my jaguar cichlid pair eat their eggs, i finally stopped watching and to my suprise.....hundreds of FRY!!!!!

It's always nice to have baby fish with their parents, nice job!
 
thanks! the female is super aggro, tried to move the rock to see if there were any behind it and BAM drew blood!!! guess i'll let them be for now. they seem to be taking care of them pretty well, doing the uaual swallow and relocate that is common with cichlids. i'm dosing with BS, but it appears they can take flake already!!! what size should i seperate the parents?
 
sweet, how are they behaving as parents? Attacking the glass?
