WOW...scared me. I dont see anything up close. Though the pic is a little scary. But not on the fish at all.....PHEW !!!!!

It's a Red ZZ, no Malau in it. Looks great I'd say...the pictures are a bit scary though. I don't see a fin...i see scary gills...
Apparently, I am going to have to REMOVE that pic and replace it with a NON-SCARY gill pic. Anyway, he's doing real well. Never had a fish that is so active in the tank. All over the place, checkin everything out. When I walk by, he's like the gatekeeper, right there seeing what I am doin. From other FH vids, they all seem to have the same behavior.

I'm in north NJ myself. Plainfield is 45 minute ride, but it looks worth it. I have no tank for a FH but would love to window shop. Looking at his website, he asks to call for appointment, is it not open to the public or walk-ins? Is it a private dealer/breeder? I don't wanna waste the guys time just staring at his fish all day and not buying any lol.
