why my devils head is getting bigger by the DAY with NO Female in sight

yes my devil HATES my 14 year old Delhezi
the Delhezi swams mid to top water thru the tank all day and my Devil trys his hardest to hurt that fish but NOTHING seems to faze the Delhezi he doesn't have a fin out of place
the devil trys to bite at him but because of his body shape can't get a good grip on the Del. and so they just tend to race along side each other all day and sometime actually "ROLL" around together in mid water
NO ONES GOTTEN HURT YET LOL
