Well this was my first spring with my pond, and my first time cleaning out truck loads of leaves from the bottom of the pond. UCK! What a mess, but after 5 days working by myself I was able to get almost every single leaf out of the pond.

Major 80% water change, and finally the water is really looking nice and clear.

But man did it get COLD again here after having 5 days of 60-70 degree temps, it snowed yesterday!

Can't wait for it to warm up already.

The pond specs :

Aprox 6000 gallons, almost 4 feet deep in the center.

Filteration, Pondmaster 6200GPH external pump, Savio Skimmer Filter with 2 57-watt UV's , to an External Aqua Ultra-Violet Ultima II 4000 Canister Filter, then back to Savio Waterfall Filter.

Also wanted to drop in one picture of my only aquarium, with my Green Terror. I am sure you know what tank it is because I have posted so many pictures of it in the past.

I switched back to black gravel, after having a natural sand colored gravel.

The only reason for the switch was because I couldn't stand looking at the brown alage all over my other gravel, plus I still had quite a few bags of new un-opened black gravel stored away.

The aquarium specs :

45-gallons, Two AquaClear external 110 power-filters, One AquaClear 70 power-head, 250-watt Visi-Therm-Stealth heater.
