I finally added a newer bigger addition to my tanks. I picked this 125 up yesterday for 150 bucks. No tops, stand, or filters, and thats why I am here asking for your advice. I'd like to go with one big canister filter that won't break the bank or maybe a smaller canister and a emperor 400. Its gonna need some filtration because its soon to be home to a 13" Tiger O, and a 9" Red Devil. My 8" Gold Severum and 4" Albino Tiger O, and 3.5" Key Hole cichlid will stay in the 90. I'd like to go black play sand but I've had bad luck with HOB filters and sand screwing impellers up. I'd like to use the tree stumps they have on Drs. Foster and Smith as decoration and use big pieces of drift wood that are as long as the tank and tie some java moss, and maybe some other type of plant onto the wood. I'm transferring my 48" T5 HO fixture to this tank and getting a used T5 HO fixture for the 90 after I re-coop some funds. I used 75 pnds. of gravel in my 90 and I thought it was a little too thick so do you guys think 75-100 pounds would do the trick? I've been around this site a long time and I'm sure some will ask where I have been well....working!!! I'd also like to see some tank shots of 6' long tanks that are set up like I am describing to get some ideas. And other stocking ideas as for the 125 I'm totally open too, but now since I live in SC I don't have my wonderful LFS to go to in like I did in NC to get basically whatever I wanted so I am kinda limited unless I order something from rapps.

well i am trying to post pictures but it wont let me what gives?

Just put

URL has to be something from the Internet, not your hard drive.

That means you'll have to host the images online somehow.

what happened to us being able to post attatchments?

I guess it's gone. I never like using attachments on forums because it uses their storage space so they have strict limitations on file size and format. Usually, things like graphs get compressed to the point where you can't even read them.

Well I haven't been on here in while so I didn't know. I just need some aquascaping ideas. Screw it I guess I search.

Hey scubasteve06, long time bro...
We are in the middle of an upgrade to the server...Neoprodigy owns the whole 9 yards and I'm sure will be adding the "attachments" capability, back, eventually, just takes some time...

Hey buddy good to talk to you again, I've been real busy and the hard work has paid off. I'll be building the stand for this thing in the next week or so while I source gravel or sand haven't decided yet, and a canister filter or two.
