Yes!! After my losing my last warmouth about 8 months ago, I FINALLY caught another!!! I was out at the same large pond I caught my last, they are rare in the pond. But they are there, anyways I was simply collecting more grass shrimp and bluefin killies to seed and cycle my tank. And after I got home and added them to the tank, I noticed a small 1 inch "bluegill" hiding under the rocks. I thought it was odd to catch a bluegill 1-3 feet from the shore ALONE, they always school up, especially at this size. I didn't notice any groups while netting as the water is crystal clear. After a closer inspection, I finally noticed the rounded caudal fin. I knew, it was a baby warmouth. I searched far and wide after my last one died, went to the St. Johns river to fish for em, and other farer places. Turns out, they are in the same place I caught the last, just a 15 minute walk from my house, hah. I'm glad I caught it at this size too, as I probably can ween it onto pellets. Though they may not be a great find to most people, it is for me.
