I bought a 180 Gal off Craig list 10 days ago, thru pics on a camera phone. The tank is sweet, excellent shape, great hood, lights, gravel heaters and an under water gravel filter plus sump, a so-so stand, and alot of extra equipment including a 30 gal. high, 20 long(Salt) - drilled, and a 10 gal tank, all with filters, gravel, heaters ect. With 30 fish... 3 plecos 12 inches, 2 Irradecent sharks( 1 is 12 inches the other about 6) a few Koi and the rest 3-4 Inch convicts. They look white but the seller said pink.
Now my question is, the sump can only be about 20 gal. the over flow is small, and the seller say's he hasn't lost a fish or did a water change in a year. The tank was filthy, dirty. I swear there was sludge and crap under the un-hooked up, gravel filters that could have come from a dog. WHAT KEPT THESE FISH ALIVE???
I brought them home to a friends house where they are in 4 seperate 125's.
The tank will be used for my RBP, when I get it clean. I paid $500.
