anybody who owns a man made fish is not helping anybody.aquarists should help preserve fish...anybody who gets a hybrid,a fish that cant be bred in captivity,or that just doesnt at least try to breed their fish gives other aquarists a bad name.they need to find a new hobby.go ahead and walk out that lfs with a blood parrot cichlid.i spit on the ground you walk on.

Great advice. If you are maxed out on tank space, too bad. Everyone should breed their fish because this guy says so. What ever you do, don't sleep with an open-minded person, your kid might be a hybrid...

Not all hybrids are sterile! How do you think they exist? Made in a lab or what? Dumb sh*t!!! This forum is for hybrid enthusiasts! You don't like it stay out! I think I speak for the rest of us when I say (and was you said was disrespectfull and not from the rest of us so i removed it... DiXoN)

Oh and one more thing hybrids are the way of the future so just step aside bud..

lets keep this civil or i will close this. respect peoples opinions whether you think they are wrong or right.
if you think they are wrong then educate them and not slag them off.

I Edited yout post BasteredFish.
if you want to know why pm me but i think you already know.

Although I am not a fan of hybrids I just cannot agree with the way this is expressed.
The argument that people should not keep fish without trying to breed them seems odd coming from someone who keeps 1 of each green terror, whiptail pleco, rhino pleco, platy, jack dempsey, and RT barracuda. Single fish seldom breed. Rhinos, balas and RT barracudas are very seldom successfully bred in aquaria so this whole thing seems a bit poorly thought out.
