this fish was found in a river in Uruguay (South America) by "Pipo Cantera" it doesnt have a scientific name right now but they are thinking in putting it "Gymnogeophagus sp." well here is a pic:

Almost looks more like a Geophagus sp. to me. Is it supposed to be real small? Cool looking fish. Its all ways interesting to see how they classify new species.
 
Nice fish! That is a yellow variant of gymnogeophagus gymnogenys. One of the TFH authors collected few of them before in Uruguay.
 
i dont think you can get 10 easy... cause they are begining to breed them and catch them so i dont know....but i like this fish... i dont know more information, this pic was take from another in spanish so ill try to find more information
 
uhhhh drool that is a wicked sweet lookin fish...and def..a type of gymno...i would get some if i could find them...
