Next year I'm going to highschool. We have an option to choose between music, drawing, or theatre. What would you people reccomend?

I love to draw and love to play guitar, and I'm into music too. I've never acted before but it looks really fun. In your opinion, which class would be the most fun?

EDIT: Dangit, I meant to make this a poll

WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO DO!!!!!

Why do you want us to chose your life for?

I cut school, passed high school with all D-, And now i'm making bank. Do what is best FOR YOU!!!

I'd definitely choose music. I play piano and alto saxophone. I was going to be in my high school band, but at my school, you have to do marching band to be in any of the other band classes. Band camp (at least @ my school) was torture. It was 8 hrs. a day (9a.m. to 5p.m.) the first week and 12 hrs. (9a.m. to 9p.m.) the second week, so I ended up quitting after my first week of band camp.

I know man, I'm just saying....your life is YOUR life. You need to take control of it and let no one choose your path. Only you can find out what you want to do. I can give you my life story's and recommendations, but it will be up to you if you want to take it or not. So, do what you think you should do bro.

They can all be fun. In my experience, high school arts classes are not that helpful if you're already into that art, so I suggest you take whichever one is least comfortable for you and get introduced to something new. It sounds like theatre is the one for you.

If you are serious about one of the arts, maybe you could join an extra-curricular group based around that art. You are likely to learn more and be more motivated around like-minded people.

Ok, I understand. I really wasn't going to base my decision on what the people here said, I was just looking to hear what they liked or didn't like in high school.

I see....

Choose something you're genuinely interested in, because from experience you flunk the crap that doesn't interest you.

Music for me, being my biggest passion was fun and I loved it, probably more so then others because my teacher was sweet and I could laugh all the way through the year. Well now in year 11 the curriculum has changed and It won't be as enjoyable I choose something more challenging and about as interesting; Modern History.

what grade are you in?
